The agreement for using Kuickr, including via connected AI clients over MCP.
Last updated: 3 July 2026
By creating an account or using Kuickr — including connecting it to ChatGPT, Codex, or another client via the MCP server at https://kuickr.co/mcp — you agree to these Terms. If you use Kuickr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Kuickr hosts pages, folders, and Spaces at clean URLs, with search, sharing, design systems, and an MCP/API surface for AI clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the content you create or host on Kuickr. You grant us a limited license to store, process, render, and — where you choose to share or publish — serve that content, solely to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you host and for having the rights to it.
Content is private by default. When you publish a Space or share a link, you make that content accessible to others (and, if public, potentially to search engines). You control these actions; publishing and link-sharing happen only through explicit choices.
Don't use Kuickr to host or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content; to violate others' privacy or rights; to attempt to breach security or access data you're not authorized to; or to send spam. Hosted HTML runs in a sandboxed, cookie-free context and must not attempt to circumvent those boundaries.
When you connect an AI client, it acts on your behalf within the OAuth scope you approve. You're responsible for the actions you authorize, including any public-publishing or deletion actions you confirm. We authorize and validate requests server-side but don't control the third-party client itself.
We aim for reliable service but provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance and deploys that can cause brief interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuickr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Kuickr and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the service or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some data may persist in backups for a limited period.
We may update these Terms; we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
