Carousel indicators injected empty space under the viewport
Hero and banner carousels mounted an empty outside-navigation row beneath slides when indicators were overlaid.
v0.58.2: The outside wrapper now renders only when an outside arrow or outside indicator can actually render, including the multi-slide guard.
