Checkbox collections could not clear all selections
Unticking every collection checkbox submitted no key, so strong parameters retained old associations; a standalone collection could also raise TypeError.
Resolved in v0.59.0. A hidden empty field is emitted before the collection by default (opt out with
include_hidden: false), and standalone collection naming is supported.Summary

Original repro / impact
Submit a checkbox collection after clearing every box. Before v0.59.0, params[:user][:category_ids] was nil instead of [].
