Solid primary rendered near-black for chromatic primary hues
With a chromatic primary such as primary: "sky", solid primary used the neutral inverted shade curve and disagreed with color: :sky.
Resolved in v0.59.0.
config.primary_shade_profile = :chromatic makes :primary use its configured hue’s normal shade profile; the existing neutral default remains unchanged until v1.0.Summary

Original repro / impact
Configure colors = { primary: "sky" } and render a solid primary component. Before v0.59.0, it rendered bg-sky-900 with an inverted hover progression.
